While we have made every effort to attempt to make certain that all of the details in our web site are correct, we must reserve the right to make occasional changes without prior notice, and we can not be held responsible for typographical errors.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software are the property of Sweetest Ways or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Use this site at your own risk. The internet and emails are subject computers to viruses, or other harmful content. Though we make our best effort to ensure security, we are not liable for any damages or harm that may be caused by these elements.
Our policies, products, pricing, conditions, and site can change without notice.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Personalization:

Proof images will be sent of personalized candy bar wrappers, invitations/ announcements and all personalized corporate items with logos and must be approved before the order is processed.
No proof images will be sent for personalized items except those mentioned above. By ordering the customer verifies that they have double checked their provided information for correct dates, names and spelling.
Sweetest Ways is not liable for any typographical errors made on part of the customer .

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Please visit the site often for current pricing.
We are required by law to charge 8.375% sales tax to any order being shipped to New York state, all other orders will not be charge sales tax

Shipping:

We currently only ship in the United States
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages because of different production times and/ or manufacturers.
Orders Containing Chocolate:
November � April
All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless Sweetest Ways receives specific instructions to upgrade shipping. If an order contains chocolate and is being shipped to a location where the weather may reach 70 degrees F or above, we recommend purchasing insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. If UPS ground service is more than 2 days to these locations (UPS Map Link ), we also suggest that your order be shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air. Sweetest Ways will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.

May � October
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground (UPS Map Link ) will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air

Returns:

Personalized, perishable and/or food items can not be returned.
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge.
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you have broken or damaged pieces.
We accept returns ONLY IF you notify us within 10 days of having received your order- we will then provide you with a Return Authorization number and you then have an additional 5 days to return the package to us.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
When a customer's order receives a free shipping promotion, returns will be subjected to the original shipping charge.
All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in same(NEW)condition with your Return Authorization number enclosed. You will be refunded the cost of the product ONLY, minus a 25% restocking fee. We will not issue a refund for items damaged during transit for returns.
