Can I have a photo put on any of your products? TOP
Yes, many of our products can have a photo added at no extra charge. The products that have a photo option will say so in the description.

Can I see a proof of my order? TOP
We will send you a proof to approve for candy wrappers, invitations, annoucements and any custom orders. We do not send a proof for other items, since we are usually only placing your names and date on them. All web images are representative of the finished products.

What are my Payment Options? TOP
Sweetest Ways currently accepts credit card payments through paypal. You do not need to be a member of paypal. We also except checks or money orders. Your orders will not be filled until your check has cleared with the bank.

What about state sales tax? TOP
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of New York are charged 8.375% sales tax. Orders sent to destinations outside the state of New York are exempt from sales tax.

What method of shipping is used? TOP

We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air® delivery options for all domestic shipments where available. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO address as they can not be shipped through UPS.

Orders Containing Chocolate
November – April
All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless Sweetest Ways receives specific instructions to upgrade shipping. If an order contains chocolate and is being shipped to a location where the weather may reach 70 degrees F or above, we recommend purchasing insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. If UPS ground service is more than 2 days to these locations (UPS Map Link ), we also suggest that your order be shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air. SweetestWays will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.

May – October
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground (UPS Map Link ) will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air (UPS Worldwide Expedited for Canadian orders).

Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight.

How long will it take to recieve my order? TOP
Most products will ship out in 1 week, but that depends on when your proof is approved and if there are any changes to be made. Once shipped, it should take 2-6 days to arrive depending on were you are located. View the UPS ground map to get an idea.

What is Sweetest Ways' privacy policy? TOP
Sweetest Ways respects your privacy. Any information collected from you will never be sold to a thrid party.

What is your return Policy? TOP
Personalized, perishable and/or food items can not be returned. Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge.
